  • We are sure you will love your purchases from Maarl but on the off chance you are not completely happy, please read the terms & conditions below outlining our policies.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return full priced items only for a refund/Store Credit to the value of the goods only (we do not offer refunds on postage costs).

    To be eligible for an exchange or refund/credit note, your item/s must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping.

    To start a return, you can contact us at shop@maarl.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Faulty / Damaged Goods

    We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, should you be unhappy with anything upon receiving your order, please contact us via email.

    non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us immediately and organise a return. Once we receive parcel that you have sent back we will be able to immediately dispatch the product you are exchanging for.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
